The Gallery Project

Casson & Friends create new work in gallery spaces, inspired by visitor responses to the exhibitions and collections.

In July 2018 Casson & Friends were resident for 2 weeks at Kettle’s Yard in Cambridge during the Antony Gormley SUBJECT Exhibition.

During the residency we created several pieces of work including two community performances, two dance films, and an immersive performance in the gallery spaces.

We also curated a day-long event ‘Casson & Friends: Live’ with talks, film screenings, performances and live music.

This residency was the first outing of The Gallery Project where Casson & Friends create new work in gallery spaces, inspired by visitor responses to the exhibitions.
